    Amazing Chandeliers Terms And Conditions

    Definitions

    Consumer: Any person who buys Products from us for purposes which are outside their trade, business or profession.

    Goods: The equipment and lighting items sold by us to you including packaging, manuals and any other ancillary components or documents.

    Conditions: Means the conditions and terms of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by us. These conditions and terms apply only to products ordered and paid for through this website.

    Product
    All Amazing Chandelier Goods are produced to the European and British quality and safety standard specification and comply with current legislation. Wattages and Measurements are given as a guide and may vary, please check the product literature supplied with the Goods. All our prices are inclusive of VAT and exclude the price of delivery. Please note: All our chandeliers are supplied free of charge with their appropriate lamps.


    Handling and Shipping
    Goods are most for despatch within 7 workings days of receipt of order. Goods that are out of stock may take up to 14 working days of receipt of order. In the unlikely event of Goods taking longer than the 14 working day period you will be contacted by our Customer Services and given the option to cancel without penalty.



    Guarantee/Warranty
    Amazing Chandeliers guarantees all Goods (excluding light bulbs) for 1 year from the date of receipt against defective parts, materials and/or manufacture (Please see returns policy). A qualified and insured electrician must carry out installation of Goods otherwise this guarantee is void. If Goods have become compromised as a result of misuse this warranty is void. After 7 working days from the date of delivery, Goods returned will be repaired or replaced dependant upon the nature of the fault. Your statutory rights are not affected.



    Delivery
    All orders over £150 (Inc VAT) will be delivered free of charge anywhere in UK mainland, other than highlands and Islands . Any orders less than £150 (Inc VAT) will be subject to a £6.95 (Inc VAT) delivery Charge. For all other destinations please email: customerservice@amazingchandeliers.co.uk for a quotation. Your order will be processed right away. Goods that are in stock will be dispatched the same day providing the order is received before 1pm. Goods that are out of stock may take up to 14 working days from receipt of order. In the unlikely event of Goods taking longer than the 14 working day period you will be contacted by customer services and given the option to cancel without penalty. Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 3-5 workings days of acceptance of order. If the agreed delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or cancel the order. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding any Bank or National Holidays. If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the Goods will be returned to Amazing Chandeliers. Please note you are required to examine your Goods at point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition'. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you so wish refuse the delivery. Please always check your goods on delivery or if not given time please sign for as unexamined. If the packaging is damaged please sign accepted package damaged. If not satisfied please refuse the delivery, however if you have signed received in good condition we will subsequently not refund or pay for collection of goods. If you require re-delivery, Amazing Chandeliers reserve the right to charge these additional shipping costs. Should you wish to cancel the order at this point, Amazing Chandeliers reserve the right to deduct from any refund the cost of the initial delivery charge plus extraneous costs incurred as a result of the Goods being returned to Amazing Chandeliers.

    Back Orders and Special Order Items
    Goods that are temporarily out of stock should be dispatched within 14 working days. If there is any further delay you will be notified and given the option to cancel. Some of our more exclusive products may only be available as a Special Order, this will be stipulated. Every effort will be made to deliver these orders within the quoted delivery time however we are unable to guarantee dates. In such cases your normal cancellation rights still apply.



    Returns Policy
    Here at amazingchandeliers.co.uk we offer a 7 day no questions asked money back guarantee (UK ONLY). You must inform us in writing (letter, email or fax) within 7 days of delivery of any goods from the day after they have been delivered, to be returned, shortages, or if you wish to return any damaged or faulty goods. Amazing Chandeliers are not responsible after this 7 day period. The date of delivery will be as recorded by our carriers. Once we have your request for a return our customer services will give you an authorisation number. Goods without returns authorisation number will not be accepted. All Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such as lamps (light bulbs). Goods should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the Goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by us Amazing Chandeliers. Alternatively Goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost. Your refund will be made within 14 days of return of the Goods.     Faulty Goods
    Damages or faulty Goods will be replaced or refunded. You must notify amazing chandeliers within 7 days form the day after they have been delivered (see Returns policy).
